Baahubali 2 [Hindi] is practically the only film which is bringing in audiences to theaters. This was evidenced on Wednesday too when Rs. 6.25 crore more came in. The film continues to collect in the upwards of Rs. 5 crore and that would stay on to be the case today as well. The film has now also crossed the 450 crore mark and now stands at Rs. 453.95 crore.
Once the film enters the fourth week, just around Rs. 40 crore more would be required for it to collect in order to enter the Rs.500 Crore Club. It is going to be a close finish for score, and a well tracked one as history is being created with such landmarks.
Meanwhile the other new Hindi releases of the week, Sarkar 3 and Meri Pyaari Bindu, are bringing in their last set of footfalls in theaters. Both films collected in the vicinity of Rs. 50 lakhs each, which is way below expectations. While Sarkar 3 currently stands at Rs. 9.53 crore, Meri Pyaari Bindu (which is running at half the count of screens that the Amitabh Bachchan starrer got), is also low at Rs. 8.10 crore. Both films will eventually cross the Rs. 10 crore mark each, but that's about it. Flops.
