The multi starrer Baadshaho that features an ensemble cast of Ajay Devgn, Emraan Hashmi, Esha Gupta, Ileana D’Cruz and Vidyut Jammwal released last week on Friday. Released across 3242 screens (domestic 2800 + overseas 442) opened to good response from both the audience and critics alike.
In this box office report we take a look at the opening weekend collections of Baadshaho while comparing the same to previous releases of 2017. Collecting Rs. 43.30 cr Baadshaho that has been doing brisk business in mass dominated sectors has become the eighth highest opening weekend grosser of 2017. While the collections of Baadshaho fail to surpass previous releases like Baahubali 2 - The Conclusion that collected Rs. 128 cr, Raees that collected Rs. 93.24 cr, Kaabil that collected Rs. 67.46 cr, Tubelight that collected Rs. 64.77 cr, Toilet - Ek Prem Katha that collected Rs. 51.45 cr, Jolly LLB 2 that collected Rs. 50.46 cr and Jab Harry Met Sejal that collected Rs. 45.75 cr, it does manage to out beat the collections of a few other releases like Badrinath Ki Dulhania that collected Rs. 43.05 cr and Jagga Jasoos that collected Rs. 33.17 cr.
Now with Baadshaho still running to good response from the audience all that remains to be seen is whether Baadshaho manages to rank among the top opening week grosser.
