The David Sandberg directed film Annabelle: Creation which is a prequel to the previously released Hollywood Horror film Annabelle hit screens on Friday. After receiving positive reviews both within the Indian market and overseas as well the film seems to have been appreciated by the audience as well.
In fact despite being a horror film catering to a rather niche segment of the audience Annabelle:Creation has managed to draw in a stunning Rs. 4.5 cr on Day 1. Going by the current trend with weekend shows picking up the total opening weekend collections of Annabelle: Creationare expected to hit double digits with ease.
