SARBJIT’s opening weekend numbers are *slightly better* than this year’s release SANAM TERI KASAM which had grossed approx. 350k USD [2.36 cr] in its opening weekend. If comparisons have to be drawn with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s last release, then JAZBAA had collected approx. 1.2 mil. USD [7.8 cr] in its opening weekend.
Meanwhile AZHAR’s total gross at the close of second weekend stands at approx. 1.026 mil. USD [6.92 cr].
