YKHRH songs are excellent:

Director Hansal Mehta wrapped up the entire shooting of Harry Baweja’s YEH KYA HO RAHA HAI? in 40 days flat. Not many are aware that Hansal conducted a 45-day acting workshop before the film actually went on the floors. I wanted to ensure that the newcomers dropped their inhibitions when the camera rolled, Hansal tells me. This writer was amongst the select few who were invited to view the songs of the film on Monday night and one must confess, the newcomers (nine models, to be precise!) are not only photogenic (expectedly!), but extremely confident as well. And as for the songs, they are tuneful (Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy) and visually appealing as well (the film has been shot extensively in Mauritius!). YEH KYA HO RAHA HAI? is loosely inspired by AMERICAN PIE, but like Hansal states, We had to tone down a lot, since the Indian audiences aren’t too receptive to such themes. Also, the censor guidelines have to be kept in mind when you attempt a film of this genre.
