From what we hear, even one of the victims of the hit and run case has challenged the High Court verdict of the 2002 hit and run case and the Supreme Court on Tuesday has admitted the plea and has also stated that these matters need to be examined. It is also being said that the prosecution had requested to take the case to a fast track court but the Supreme Court suggested them to approach the Chief Justice of India for the same.
