Last year it was reported that Sidharth Malhotra and Jacqueline Fernandez had been roped in to star in a film directed by the duo Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK, which was rumoured to be a sequel to the previously release film Bang Bang. However, after locking the cast filming soon began with both Sidharth Malhotra and Jacqueline Fernandez posting images and videos of the shoot terming the film as ‘Not Bang Bang 2’. Later reports stated that the film which is being produced by Fox Star Studios had been titled as Reload.

Commenting on the same a source close to the project states, “It was never announced that Reload was the title of the film. It was instead just a working title under which the film was being made.” When prodded further about the retitling of the film the source adds, “Not Bang Bang 2 and Reload were both working titles and much attention should not be given to them. The final title of the film will be announced in the coming week.”
Currently the film which features Jacqueline Fernandez and Sidharth Malhotra working together for the second time after Brothers is helmed by director duo Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK. Produced by Fox Star Studios the film which is tentatively titled Reload is being readied for release on August 25, 2017
