The actor agreed to do both films without foreseeing the troubles lying ahead, the dates for both the films clash and now the actor has no choice but to opt out of one of them. If you check the records Saif has been loyal to both banners. He has done Hum Tum and Salaam Namaste with Yash Raj productions and Kal Ho Na Ho with Dharma productions.
