* Viveck Vaswani completes 50 good years on Earth. To celebrate the milestone, 'Golden Jubilee', the actor/film-maker, who completes 30 years in the film industry, is throwing a gala bash for his near and dear ones on Sunday, 1 July. In fact, Viveck has invited people who were associated with Viveck at some point in their career, which includes Sanjay Gupta, Sanjay Gadhvi, Aziz Mirza, Ashutosh Gowariker, Rahul Bose and Ananth Mahadevan, besides so many more from the entertainment industry.
* The theatrical trailer of Ranbir Kapoor - Priyanka Chopra starrer BARFI! will be launched next Friday [6 July]. The trailer will be attached to the prints of BOL BACHCHAN. One more promo will be attached to BOL BACHCHAN: KYAA SUPER KOOL HAI HUM. Contrary to reports, the promo of RAAZ 3 won't be launched with BOL BACHCHAN, since RAAZ 3 is a 3D film.
* The veteran Pramod Chakravorty was the first film-maker to sign Akshay Kumar for DEEDAR. Now, when Chakravorty's grandson Prateek is all set to launch himself as director with FROM SYDNEY WITH LOVE, Akshay is reciprocating the gesture by launching the music of Prateek's movie on Thursday, 28 June.
* Inspired by the response to FERRARI KI SAWAARI, there's talk that Vidhu Vinod Chopra is planning a sequel to the film.
