Even as the whole world is talking (read’ gossiping’) about their so called affair, actors Neil Nitin Mukesh and Sonal Chauhan have now signed a film together titled 3G. Contrary to the popular belief, the film is not about technology and gizmos. Instead it’s a psychological thriller story that’s being directed by Sheershak Anand and Shantanu Ray Chibber. The film will be shot in an almost two month long schedule in Fiji and involves a few spine chilling sequences and stunts that the cast is being trained for.
Talking about the film, Neil tweeted, “The next destination is fiji islands for ‘3G’. @ sonalchauhan7 is preparing her look and character and I’m racking my brains over mine. It’s easier to get into a comfort zone and do the same predictable scripts. It’s a challenge to crack something different. 3G offers that. 3G is a Psychological horror with a soul (sic)”.
Talking about 3G, Sonal says, “I’m really looking forward to this film. The script was quite gripping and it actually played with my mind when I read it. It’s a supernatural horror thriller. Sheershak and Shantanu have been wanting to make this film and it’s an idea that has been very close to their heart which is why they wanted to make it with a team who’s as excited about the film as they are. We start shooting in Fiji by mid of May and we’re all really anxious to kick start the film.”
Here’s hoping that Neil-Sonal’s off screen chemistry rubs its magic even at the Box-Office windows!
