Nabh Kumar Raju to introduce 25 new girls:

Making medium-budget films with ‘hatke’ subjects seems to be in vogue. The latest to try his hand at a medium-budget film is Nabh Kumar ‘Raju’. An erstwhile assistant to Sooraj R. Barjatya in MAINE PYAAR KIYA and HUM AAPKE HAIN KOUN and Sohail Khan in PYAAR KIYA TO DARNA KYA, his first independent film was HUM TUM PE MARTE HAIN (Govinda Urmila), which did not fare well. This time around, Nabh Kumar is planning to make a thriller. But what takes the cake is that he is planning to launch 25 new girls in the film. The central idea of the film is a beauty pageant and I intend casting girls from every corner of India, he reveals. Nabh Kumar is also planning to tie up with event management people in major cities like Delhi, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Chandigarh, Mumbai and others to hunt for the right faces. Incidentally, the film will star four lead men. So what kind of a thriller is he attempting? There are two kinds of suspense thrillers. One, where the audience is aware of who the culprit is and the second, where the audience is left guessing till the last frame. I have yet to decide which one of the two to opt for. All I know is that I want to keep the audience glued to the screen till the last frame of the film, he replies. Incidentally, Chetan Avlani, who presented HUM TUM PE MARTE HAIN, is producing the film. The film will also mark Chetan’s production debut. It will go on the floors in September and will be completed within two months of its launch
