We had reported that Akshay Kumar will be starring in Rajinikanth's highly anticipated film titled Robot 2.0 which is the sequel to the 2010 blockbuster Robot/ Ethiran. Amy Jackson recently wrapped up the shooting for the film as well.
Karan Johar to unveil the first look of Rajinikanth-Akshay Kumar starrer 2.0The fans of Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar can rejoice as the first look of Robot 2.0 will be revealed on November 20, 2016 by Karan Johar. Besides Karan, the crew including Rajinikanth, Akshay, Amy and music composer AR Rahman at the Yash Raj Studios will be present for the unveiling of the first look.
Directed by S.Shankar, Robot 2.0 will feature Rajinikanth reprising the role of the robot named Chitti, Akshay Kumar as the antagonist. The film will be dubbed in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu and is slated for 2017 release.
