Kangna Ranaut awaits FIR copy to record statement

The legal battle that ensued between Hrithik Roshan and Kangna Ranaut last month after their alleged break-up, has now turned into a rather nasty affair between these two renowned Bollywood celebrities. With several skeletons tumbling out of the closet, yet another statement is made by Kangna Ranaut's lawyer Rizwan Siddiqui.

When recently Kangna Ranaut was summoned to the police station for recording a statement over an FIR filed by Hrithik Roshan with the Cyber Crime Division, the actress' lawyer Rizwan had released a statement asking for the copy of the complaint filed by Hrithik. However, now it seems they haven't received the same and miffed over the fact, Rizwan says, "Despite innumerable requests, Cyber Crime Cell has still failed to provide copy of FIR & other relevant documents which they are duty bound to give to my client who is a concerned party. Under these circumstances, it is not just and fair for my client to participate in any investigation whilst her own rights are being malafidely prejudiced by the police. The department needs to understand that we are not asking for any investigation report but merely excersing our rights as has been provided for under the Statute. Why are they unnecessarily making this into citizen's rights v/s police duties battle?"

For the uninitiated, Hrithik Roshan and Kangna Ranaut slapped legal notices at each other over a month ago. Moving further, several secrets including an alleged love affair between the two actors, a proposal at Paris and an exchange of over 1000 mails between the actors have been doing the rounds. Further, it was also reported that Hrithik accused Kangna of suffering from Asperger's Syndrome, for which he also received flak from the masses.

Also, Hrithik Roshan had allegedly approached the Cyber Crime Division to report the matter of an imposter interacting with his fans and colleagues on a fake e-mail id along with the mention of a certain 'girl fan' who has become a victim of this impostor. However, soon enough after the legal battle, Hrithik Roshan reportedly revealed that the fan is none other than Kangna Ranaut who has been interacting with the impostor as well as sending e-mails in his id in the recent FIR filed by him. While there were also several clauses and questions in a statement allegedly released by Kangna over the said e-mail conversation, now it is being said that there has no sign or evidence about an interaction of Hrithik with Kangna.

Recent reports suggest, however, that, the blame-game wherein Hrithik was alleged to be responsive to Kangna's behavior, it is now being said that there has been no evidence found for the same. According to the news, Hrithik Roshan has never responded to the continuous e-mails of Kangna along with sources claiming that the two have never been spotted together.

While Rizwan is miffed with the police for failing to send the copy of FIR to him concerning his client, he is also upset with the fact that Hrithik Roshan and his legal team haven't responded to the first notice sent by him. According to Rizwan, after Hrithik sent a notice to Kangna on March 1, he, on behalf of his client (Kangna) had sent a counter notice and had even asked Hrithik and his team to respond to the same within seven days. However, they haven't received the same until now and Rizwan claims that the only solution they have is for the Junior Roshan to withdraw the notice after which his 'client' (per say Kangna) will do the same.
