Item girl Negar Khan who was flown back to her hometown, Norway on Monday night might seemingly never get a chance to return to India. The Indian embassy in Oslo, the capital of Norway has been intimated by the immigration department of India that Negar has violated the visa rules twice. So the Indian embassy in Oslo has refused to re-issue an entry permit to Negar Khan the next time she applies. The Oslo authorities also added that Negar had never applied for a work permit to seek employment in India. And despite that she has been working in Hindi films and music videos in India for the past three years. She just possessed a tourist visa that expires on March 2005. Negar's HSBC bank account has been freezed so that she cannot operate from outside India. Also after the Negar Khan episode the immigration officials immediately ran a check for legal documents of Adnan Sami, Yana Gupta and Antonia Bernath. They all possess the necessary documents.
