Ghaath may have come and gone without much of a noise, but the film is generating heat even after its release. It is said that Manoj Bajpai pressurised director Akashdeep to slash Mukesh Tiwari's role in the film when he saw the final cut before the release. In fact, an eveninger had also carried Mukesh's statement to that effect. But Akashdeep denied the news outright when we told him to throw light on this development. "It is rubbish. Both Manoj and Mukesh are good actors and believe me, Manoj never even hinted that I should chop Mukesh's scenes on the editing table. If Mukesh is saying that Manoj pressurised me to do so, he is lying," the director fumed. Kuch to log kahenge!
