SRK, Rani Mukherjee, Karan Johar and Preity Zinta donated Rs 1.15 crore to the PM's Relief Fund for tsunami-hit victims yesterday in New Delhi. They further plan to adopt a village. ''Whenever there is a calamity, all we do is sit before the TV set and cry. The little we can do is by donating in our own way. Our country is rich in resources and doesn't need help from outsiders,'' said Rani Mukherjee. Speaking for the cause Karan Johar said We four friends got together (the fourth being Preity Zinta who was not present in New Delhi on the occasion) and hope our other friends will join us in this endeavor and contribute in their own way.'' He added, ''we have started the process and expect friends from the fraternity to come forward and contribute in their own way. And if need be, we will do whatever we can do to help the tsunami victims
