At least three actors are planning to star in the Indianised version of the Jim Carrey hit BRUCE ALMIGHTY. While a top-ranking actor has already given the 'go ahead' to his favourite director, his rival has already spoken to a well-known name to direct the flick, which, in all probability, will be produced by the actor himself. However, the director is in the midst of a multi-starrer at the moment and may not dole out immediate dates, seems like. The third project will be produced by a top producer, who is planning to approach the towering actor to play God [Morgan Freeman's role in the film], while the much-in-news actor will enact Carrey's part. One only hopes that the film doesn't get embroiled in any kind of a controversy [copyright etc.] or is made in a tearing hurry in order to reach the theatres first!
