Anil Sharma's multi-million film Ab Tumhare Hawale Watan Sathiyo is getting bigger by the day. The film looks promising not only for its star-cast power of Amitabh Bachchan, Akshay Kumar and Bobby Deol (in a double role) but also for its rich production values. Sharma initially picturized a song Sarpe dupatta mere pyaar ka on Bobby Deol and Sandali Sinha amidst the colorful Jaisalmer festival in Rajasthan. The director has even incorporated a desert storm that happened there into his film. Other important portions at the film are shot local scenic venues of Chandigarh and Manali apart from exotic locales of New Zealand and South Africa. And now Sharma's destination next is the naval base of Visakhapatnam where he plans to shoot an action sequence with four naval ships and helicopters for which he has already acquired the navy's permission. Add to it another action sequence, which Sharma plans to shoot at the Amarnath yatra in July. The film shows a militant attack at a transit camp of pilgrims on their way to the Amarnath cave pilgrimage and Sharma wants to shoot the scene at the actual location. The scene will be shot on Amitabh Bachchan and Akshay Kumar and forms an important part of the film. Hard-hitting action has always been a forte of Anil Sharma films (Gadar, The Hero) and all his huge plans for ATHWS just raises our expectations towards the film.
