Akshay Kumar learns Arabic for Airlift

en Bollywood News Akshay Kumar learns Arabic for Airlift

Known for his impeccable action skills, Akshay Kumar has decided to deviate from the regular masala genre and opt for some interesting scripts this year. After Baby which did good business at the box office, Akshay Kumar is busy with other films in hand and one of them is Airlift, a real life story on the biggest human evacuation that was strategized in the world.

Earlier, we had given a glimpse of Akshay Kumar's look and mentioned that he will be seen playing the role of an Indian-Arab billionaire Ranjit Katyal who plots a brilliant plan to save the lives of 1,70,000 Indians while they are stranded in Kuwait during the Iraqi invasion. Since Akshay plays the role of a UAE resident, he has decided to take diction classes for learning the nuances of the Arabic language. In fact, from what we hear, the actor will also be required to speak the languages for certain sequences in the film and hence in order to deliver the lines appropriately, the actor has been undergoing a training session in the language for the past three weeks.
