About Casual Sex & Husband Swapping

We’ve heard of wife swapping [AJNABEE]. But have you ever heard of husband swapping? Well, that’s precisely the theme of FUN – CAN BE DANGEROUS SOMETIMES, directed by Sunjay S. Zaveri. Starring Aryan Vaid and Siddharth Koirala in the lead, FUN is almost 75% complete. A major schedule was held in Goa and Ratnagiri. Ratnagiri offers some of the best locales which have not been captured on celluloid yet, producer Surendra Bhatia informs. But isn’t husband swapping a dicey subject to attempt, especially since this happens to be Zaveri’s directorial debut and most first-timers generally play safe? Yes, I could’ve made the usual boy-meets-girl love story, but that didn’t excite me. When I first thought of this idea, my instant reaction was, it’s an untouched subject that has immense shock-value. That got me going, Zaveri divulges. The film has a moral to it – that indulging in such activities can also prove to be dangerous. Our film doesn’t propagate or encourage husband swapping or casual sex. It portrays what’s happening around us, but adds a note of caution to it, Gupta and Zaveri echo. Sanjeev-Darshan have scored the music of this film. They took a sabbatical from work, thought of fresh tunes and accepted this film [FUN] the moment they heard the script, a proud Shravan talks about their sons. FUN co-stars Payal Rohatgi, Mallika and Malishka, who decide to indulge in this dangerous game. Presented by Ranjan Prakash and produced by Avinash Kashid, Surendra Bhatia and Sudhir Kumar, the film is slated for release in December this year. Soon after FUN hits the screens, the makers plan to start another project – this time with director Andalib Sultanpuri at the helm of affairs.
