Hrithik hurt on Krrish sets

Accidents on the sets are inevitable, especially if the shooting involves the kind of stunts Hrithik is busy doing for his upcoming Krrish. Two days ago, Hrithik got hurt at Film City while performing a stunt. Hrithik has suffered a hamstring tear in his right leg and has been advised to take two weeks bed rest.

This is disheartening news for all Roshan fans, awaiting the exciting celebrity cricket match at IIFA. Hrithik was the captain of one of the teams for this match scheduled on June 10. The shooting of Krrish however will not be affected as he has completed all the stunts for the film.

The sequence where this accident occurred was where a circus catches fire and the hero Krrish rescues people. Hrithik was at a height of 20 feet, with ropes tied to his waist, while performing the stunt; his right leg got entangled in the ropes and he lost his balance causing the injury.

Despite the prescription, Hrithik has decided to continue the shooting. He is on painkillers and his right leg is bandaged.
