Some ideas are meant to be applauded, 'Chal Chalein', directed by Ujjwal Singh ranks among them. A good attempt!
On the whole 'Chal Chalein' is a winner in terms of a novel concept. Ujjwal Singh directs the film well. The idea of parents putting their kids on stress and leading them to such a horrible life, that a lead character commits sucide. The film is sure to meet with acclaim is the coming days. At the ticket window, it has the merits to climb the ladder with a strong word of mouth.
What I liked about the movie:
The idea of the film is very good. Parents pushing their kids to such a level that, one commits sucide, is a happening thing today. The director and writer have done their job well! Performance by our very loved veteran Mithunda is also a browine point. He's loveable. Other actors also do a fairly good job. Music is also not-bad, passable.
What I didn't like about the movie:
The second hr could've been far more gripping.
