A noble idea, made into a beautiful film. Girish Girija Joshi's 'Zor Laga Ke Haiya' is a winner.
First of all, you don't inn watching it garantuan this film, go inn watching it with limited expectations, and you'll enjoy it.
On the whole 'Zor Laga Ke Haiya' is a simple story told in the most beautiful way. A well-made, well-written and honest film. This film may not be a Masterpiece, but it surely is a Sweet and Feel-Good Film. Thumbs Up!
What I liked about the movie:
The idea of the film is noble and nicely executed. Girish Girija Joshi has made a good directorial debut. Performances are superb: Mithun Chakraborty once again proves why he is regarded as a legend. He's fantastic in each and every frame he appears in. Mahesh Manjrekar & Gulshan Grover are perfect in their roles. All the kids do a commendable job.
What I didn't like about the movie:
The first hr of the film isn't as gripping, as the second. Riya Sen is wasted, ditto for Sachin Khedekar.
