U me aur hum is a perfect love story with appropriate blend of emotion. The story is quite simple, but its execution and representation have made it enjoyable. It's not like traditional bollywood romantic movie where the movie is either about the clash between the families of the lovers or about the post-marital fight between the couple. Here, the movie evolves around the couple and depicts various flavours of love. The dialogues are so good that they make you fall in love again. Ajay Devgan has gifted a well-crafted movie in his directional debut. Everyone has done his/ her job well, but Kajol is topnotch again. She reminds you that she is the undisputed queen of bollywood. Hats off to the real time couple for this wonderful film. The only negative I can think of is its songs. I expected better songs from a romantic movie like this. But except Jee Le and the title song, the rest of the songs are not at par. On the whole, U me aur hum will definitely the second good movie (after Jodha Akbar) of the year.
What I liked about the movie:
Ajay Devgan and Kajol, the movie itself and dialogues
What I didn't like about the movie:
Songs (except Jee Le and U me aur hum)
Would you recommend this movie to your friend: Yes
