Overall Kidnap is a very good film mainly because of Imran Khan's acting and action sequences.
This film could have been better had the director and the screenplay been more accomplished.
The film's story had a lot of promise and with proper execution this could have been an amazing watch. However, due to the poor execution and glaring loopholes this film is just good.
As far as the performances are concerned, Imran Khan stands out. He has this amazing screen presence that keeps you glued to the screen. His acting is also very good in the whole movie. His action sequences are definitely something to watch out for.
Sanjay dutt was ok but seemed to want to go to sleep.
Manisha was also ok while vidya was average in most of the movie.
Definitely worth one watch just because of Imran Khan who seems to be a versatile actor and has an uncanny ability to hold your attention even in the boring scenes.
What I liked about the movie:
Imran Khan's acting and action.
What I didn't like about the movie:
Some glaring loopholes that are big mistakes on the part of the director.
