Note : this review is from ravikhaInayak , an indiaFM member and i am 100% agree with him. HAHHHAHAHAHAHHHAAHAHA And why am I laughing? SIMPLE - Indian audience want different film's from Bollywood and when they get them, they bearly understand them and then say it's rubbish, it's Crap, it's this and it's that! These are the same people who adore film's like Krrish, Dhoom 2, Main Hoon Na, Om Shanti Om because of their love for their specific favourite actor - yet when a film like No Smoking and Aaja Nachle is out, they don't understand it and then go out, stating how rubbish it was! The same case applies to one of the best narrative structures in a Bollywood film, that I have seen for quite some time - Tashan Now I will explain the 'narrative structure' - no one could have guessed while sitting through the film, that this film is basically a simple revenge saga. The film is so well made, that even Hollywood great's such as Sydney Lumet, Oliver Stone, Quinten Tarantino would've been proud of! but sadly, the case scenario will go the same, that people never understood the irony of the movie and hence will say 'oh it is Crap'. Action - Do people watch Sin City and say "that can't happen!"? When you have been told, that the action is COMIC BOOK ACTION so why are people taking that so seriously? Oh yes, They prefer Hrithik coming out of a water manhole in the middle of the street and roller blading his way out of the city beating a superbike, a couple of car's and a helicopter! or maybe even, Shahrukh Khan using his rickshaw to chase a 4X4 jeep but they have a problem with 'Parkour' (OH SORRY, PEOPLE DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT PARKOUR IS!). As expected, Akshay performs the 'Parkour' very well - yes, there are one or two bits within the action scenes that leave a bad taste, though I personally didn't mind. I liked the action because I saw it as 'COMIC BOOK ACTION' Music - I loved all the song's in the film. Dil Haara sadly had some nonsense dance but was well picturised. Challiya was a good song too, again nicely picturised, where madam Kapoor showed her newly loss of flab, I think she looked nice! Falak Tak was a typical yashraj slow romantic song with some good looking attire on Kareena. The favourite song of mine happens to be the song, I actually hated at first - Dil Dance Maare - Akshay, Kareena, Saif all in blonde wigs, doing some weird pelvic thrust's was hillarious. A special mention to the background music too - excellent! especially the Bachchan Pande one, it was so good that the actually songs in the film, become pale infront of it! Cinematography - It's actually on par with any 200 million dollar Hollywood film! and to think it's nearly all shot in India in places such as Ladakh and Rajasthan, that is a special achievement in this film and well worth a round of applause. Performances - After a decent performance in Race, Saif gives us a normal walk through performance, he looked odd in that moustache - I think a normal clean shaven look would've looked better for this 'Call Center hunk'. Kareena performs well, maybe not as good as her Jab We Met performance but certainly better than Aishwarya Rai in Dhoom 2! Anil Kapoor did what he does best - easily walking through his performance, yes, he does go a little over the top, then again his character is like that. A special mention to Akshay Kumar - whom I believe, in a film which has comedy and action - cannot go wrong! I hated his performance in Welcome, he looked like an Idiot in that but here, he is excellent. Infact, one the of the reason's I rate this film so highly, is purely because of him. In my book's, this is his best act's for a long time. Saif and Kareena looked horrible together! It's the worst offscreen couple I've seen onscreen. Akshay looked better with Kareena! Director - Victor just needs to compact his direction a little and just work a little extra on not longing on action scene's too much but for a first time director, this is quite an achivement to make an intenational feel Bollywood popcorn flick. The man will go places and this is a far cry better than Sajid Khan's Heyy Babyy, which was also his first film. Though I always say that opinion's are like Arsehole's and everyone's got one but sadly there are also some Pseudo intellects in this world, whose opinion's only come from Arsehole's 4 out of 5 TOP STUFF!

What I liked about the movie:
Akshay kumar, Music, Awsome concept

What I didn't like about the movie:
Anil kapoor.
