Indian films are growing .. be it Rang debasanti, chak de ,TZP,aamir everyone is trying to be diffeernt..and Via Darjeeling is one in the queue...May be the films hasn't been menat keeping the commercial aspect in mind but its a true experimental film on the lines of Roshomon.
What I liked about the movie:
The way the story unfolds and then everyone's version of the truth was like the story of thier own conscience..somehow each story refelected the state of mind of that particular character and in the end its the for the audience to infer from the whole happenings in the film..I personally felt that Ankur and the whole incident in darjeeling was a fiction...even the character of robin dutt(vinay pathak) was imaginary..may be the character was a trigger to raise the conscience of all the characters telling their own version.
What I didn't like about the movie:
The pace in the second half.
