Dostana is an absolute entertainer and a great movie. Not only is it hilarious and will have you roaring with laughter, it finally takes homosexuality out of the closet in bollywood. The makers of Dostana weren't afraid to make a film that involves homosexuality and that's what is so great about the movie, its unique. Also, even though John Abraham and Abhishek Bachchan pretend to be gay in this movie, it doesn't offend or make fun of homosexuals in anyway. The first half is filled with hilarious moments and great sequences and completely entertains you, the sequence about Abhishek Bachchan and John Abraham's love story in Venice is absolutely hilarious, also when Kirron Kher welcomes John to the family will have you laughing your head off. The Second half is still hilarious in some parts, but tends to get more serious, as a new character enters the story to fight for Priyanka Chopra. This half has a slower pace, but still has some great sequences such as the amusement park scene, and scene where John Abraham takes Priyanka Chopra out for dinner and a movie. The Climax is shocking with a big surprise. All the songs on the soundtrack are great, but the best would have to be 'Desi Girl'. As for performances, Boman Irani and Kirron Kher are both hilarious. Bobby Deol is good. Priyanka Chopra looks amazing and gives an great performance. But the show belongs to John Abraham and Abhishek Bachchan, there chemistry is amazing, John Abraham does a amazing job, and Abhishek Bachchan is the best out of the whole cast, he gives a fantastic first-rate performance, one of the best in his career. Overall Dostana is a hilarious movie and a complete entertainer, highly reccomended!
