Lets start with stories in line, Matrimony i thought is yet another betrayal one like murder and others but the ending of the story was fabulous great great thinking by sanjay Gupta amazing start. High on the highway ahem ahem,, looked interesting but could have been better, Ending of the story is tragic and sad, then comes the nice one pooranmaashi, amazing great story nice thinking, the emotions and the twists in the end perfect wonderful ending, and then the stranger in the night, i thought this is going to be a nice seductive act again by Neha, but yet another wonderful twist in the end interesting once again, Personally i feel zahir was the best of the lot what a performance by manoj bajpai good comeback a very nice story and again hard hitting ending, now come to the lovedale nice nice beautiful romantic one but could have been better in terms of ending, sex on the beach was weak it was predictable till the end as all others showed a twist this one was expected, rice plate shabana aazmi omg wha an actor short role for naseeruddin shah but very effective nice teaching in the story, Gubbaare is emotion full story with nana patekar giving yet again a nice heart whelming performance where u can feel him inside u sumwhere and might give balloons for saying sorry :D, rise and fall ummm i expected alot from this saju and sunil baba comin togetha should have sparked the movie with a gud ending story but i didnt feel tha the end was as effective as the start could have done better.
What I liked about the movie:
In order of the fav stories
Zaahir, Matrimony, PooranMashi, Rice Plate, Gubbaare... The overall length of the movie, so much said in such a little time.
What I didn't like about the movie:
Rise and Fall, Sex on the Beach
