The film has a lot of flaws, what happened to Guru's Bro in law, he was nowhere to be seen even when his daughters were born. Aishwarya left him, and after sometime when they meet, she has no questions to ask him, she seems to have completely forgotten the past, this was difficult to digest. How did he get past that honest minister? How did he all of a sudden start speaking normally when 2 months ago he was completely paralytic? How did he get away with the Enquiry commission just by giving a 5 minute speech?

What I liked about the movie:
Abhishek's acting.

What I didn't like about the movie:
Aishwarya is completely wasted. The film glorifies the wrong deeds of Guru, trying to depict that if a company earns money for his shareholders, they can get away with anything, any kind of corruption and dishonesty also.
