lets get this straight.guru is a movie with strong performances but however,the movie is absolutely slow paced.the story about a man wanting to filfull his dream is a good enough start to the movie.then the marriage to aish is another good turn to the story.however, as it comes to him getting his business,it is very confusing in the narrative by mani ratnam.vidya balan is wasted in this regard and madhavan gives a brilliant performance for a south indian actor.the music is decent,totally in mood of the film.tere bina and barso re are the best.if u going to watch guru watch it for bollywoods recent couple.
What I liked about the movie:
the picturisation and mood of the film,abhi-aish combination
What I didn't like about the movie:
the slow pace and the confusing storyline
