No ‘’paisa vasool movie’’. Disappointed…I watched TZP before Welcome, and I just loved TZP. It had such a great story and such great performances. Because of al the hype and promoting of Welcome I had a lot of expectations of Welcome. After I saw the movie I was very much disappointed. I even locked my brains at home, but I still didn’t get entertained. Of course I had a laugh here and there, but on the whole the movie was crap. I will give it 1 out of 5, just because of the few laughs.
What I liked about the movie:
I didn’t like a lot in the movie. I laughed at a few jokes, but they were quite cheap. I was surprised by Malika Sherawat, because I actually liked here performance and jugalbandi with Nana and Anil.
What I didn't like about the movie:
I didn’t like the whole story. The movie was jumping from one storyline to another. They are first trying to get the bad guys to the good guys and then they are chasing a man who they want to kill? God…come on. I don’t understand how this movie is making so much money, how people are liking this movie. Katrina Kaif has not very much improved on her acting skills and really should work on her expressions. Feroz Khan was overacting all the time…And Askhay gave a average performance, comedy comes natural to Akshay so he can not give a bad performance in comedy-flick. Although Akshay is a great comedian, I really want to see him doing something else than comedy again. Because his last few films have al been about comedy. I have seen the promos of Tashan and it seems Akshay is doing something else. I also saw the poster of Tasveer and that looks good to. SO we will see.
