Before writing a review we should keep few things in our head that everybody is not capable to watch or compile everything in the same aspect. Indian Audience is not that mature to accept such a different attempt, if we try to fetch the usual entertainment in this movie & watch as an average Indian movie-goer its truly a flop.
But on the reverse side of the coin it is written that this movie is truly like poetry. A poetry is always very special to it's poet & the poet is not all bound to describe it.
What I liked about the movie:
1. The Sets, we are not at all away to try a movie with a subject like Prince of Persia or Some very much illusive.
2. Ranbeer Kapoor, really a big star has arrived. He has the potential to carry a big fan following & attracting crowd for a big opening for his upcoming projects.
What I didn't like about the movie:
1. Sonam Kapoor, very average. She has only one kind of smiling style & in most of the scenes where we could have watched a better acting display, she was acting or may be instructed to act with closed hush eyes.
2. Back to back songs in the 1st half, none of them were completed properly & also appearing in a strange way.
3. This movie is very much influenced with the R.K banner; it seemed to me the R.K banner is producer of the movie instead of Sony Pictures.
4. Any good observer of Indian movies can recognize that some how Ranbeer was trying to establish his style statements following Hrithik Roshan, mainly few dialogue throws & specially the act of shooting on his head with his fingers & making a sound after getting upset...exactly in the same way what Hrithik did in KNPH.
5. May its a Sanjay Leela Bansali movie, may be its a introduction of two upcoming stars, may be its big budget Sony Picture's attemp....but there were hardly anything surprising or new widout the sets.
