Saawariya...Definately NOT among SLB'S best movies...worst one yet...DEFINATELY not upto expectations...cheesy at times...but tolerable.
Ranbir is a very good and strong actor! And Sonam is very attractive...Rani is awesome as always! Salman is hardly there, but good for his part! There could've been less songs and more movie, too! It could have made it a more enjoyable movie. I mean, it's a musical, yes, but all the songs make it tiring and boring at times. The ending is what disappoints the most though! Sonam doesn't go with the one who loves her, she goes with the one SHE loves, and yet knows absolutely nothing about! That's pathetic, in my opinion. It was a love story, and shouldn't have ended that way.
What I liked about the movie:
Ranbir is a star! It didn't even seem like his first movie...so much confidence and he's a brilliant actor! :)
The acting is overall good.
The setting is truly magical!
What I didn't like about the movie:
TOOOOO many songs!
And ENDING!!! :(
It's verrrrry slow.
