Not a great movie. Time-pass for the most part. Some scenes are hilarious like the scene where Salman teaches Govinda to dance. However, the movie as a whole, fails to impress due to a poor screenplay. David Dhawan, of late, has started making movies with a lot of colour and style but devoid of story. The movie fails to make an impact due to this. I would recommend to watch this movie on DVD and not to waste money by going to theaters.
What I liked about the movie:
Govinda is cool although appears odd patoing girls and learning how to honeymoon.
What I didn't like about the movie:
Salman Khan trying to be too stylish and trying to reveal his body without any rhyme and reason. Acting-wise, he needs to brush up his skills (or does he since he seems to be able to rope in crowds without acting). Also, Love Guru's own romance with Lara Datta is boring and could have been removed from the movie. However, Lara looks ravishing in the movie.
