Every Movie Lover would love to watch One of the Khan Trio anytime they apear on-screen,if we look at Shahrukh,Salman and Aamir.Each have class of their own,Shahrukh being the star of classes who belong mainly to Urban areas, Aamir mainly liked by Students of cinema who look for something different and flawless and when it comes to Salman we look for entertainment,good scenes,a good looking movie,good sets,peppy and hip-hop kind of music which ofcourse is a must in every Salman movie.Salman Caters to the Class among the Masses!When he comes with Govinda one can imagine traffic comedy along with David Dhawan as director.
If we talk about movie,one thing that most of the movie watcher will agree don't look for flawless product,look for entertainment,look for Good Looking Sets,Look for Good and Popular music and ofcourse look for Salman!
Salman is like the anchor of this movie,who has firm control over the entire movie from first scene till the end.Govinda is like another anchor to this laughter crusie called "Partner".As a movie watcher if I look at this movie it's one of the finest comedies of today's time,and with one of the best one liners.
What I liked about the movie:
Govinda and Salman are like Pran and Ashok Kumar of 60s, they are like IS Johar and Joy Mukherjee and ofcourse they are like Laural and Hardy!!!!
Don't expect Movie With anykind of logic,I think thats where David Dhawan scores over recent comedies like Jhoom Barabar Jhoom,where Director completed the movie in a hush-hush manner,David seems to be in no hurry, wants to serve you more and more....and when the movie ends you don't feel like going back home, you want to see more and more of Govinda and Salman.It's like watching Laural and Hardy. Movie ends with an emotion, to be continued...which makes it a must for sequal.
As a viewer of this movie I will give it ***** rating,if you look it from the point of view of Cinema I will say ** movie.So an average of ***1/2 out of *****.
What I didn't like about the movie:
Yes movie has it's flaws like Katrina Kaif,we hardly see her saying anything and role of Rajpal Yadav as Don, could have been longer,we did expected him in the end.Salman as usual cries to badly in end in the scene where is persuing Lara to marry him.In the climax Salman scores over Govinda,Govinda looses the grip at the end,he looks week when we compare with Salman. Lara is used in a right manner, they could have used Katrina also.
