Jannat
Music by Pritam
Pritam and Bhatt's combo has worked big earlier in Gangster, Who Lamhe and Awarapan. Now it's again in Jannat.
KK give a nice sensational track and score all the points here called Zara Sa. This one remind me in some part like, Beeghe Hoot from Murder. That was slow moving now is quick moving… Do you remember Kunal doing "Oh Oh Oh" in Murder? Here, Oh Oh Oh" is set again to lose your Heart! This song will work big for KK as Beeghe Hoot did for Kunal too. All the part of the song, the tunes are extremely well.
Zara Sa (power Ballad), nice, the same song with the flavor of rock a bit. This's interesting to listen, the power of music here. The singer does the same. He's excellent!
Now come Judai, the second offering of the album. Kamran Ahmed, the singer, composer and the writer of the song gives us an excellent tune. Richa Sharma voice behind is adorable too.
Lambi Judai, solo track from Richa Sharma, female version of "judai". She done a great job, and the song is sure to rock.
Kilogram mix is remix version of Judai, nice to here, at least not been spoiled!
Hann Tu, is remind us the music of 90's with Tabla and new's composition, guitare. Background singer are really nice, the English lyric make its new to its style. Sometime, Pakistani music feel to the song, some part, 90's era style, and combinaison of English lyric.Overall, a nice track after Judai and Zara Sa.
Door Naa Ja, sung by Rana Mazumdar, a debutant singer, but sung like a professional. He's excellent. The lyric are nice, music is typically Pritam flavor. The song has great feel to hear. Nice song!
Janat Jahan, Rupam Islam make it nicer with energy. But remain the single track which work less than other songs.
On the whole, Jannat is a nice attemped, different offering and remember for two extraordinary songs : Zara Sa and Judai.
