Mithoon arrives back after the success og Bas ek Pal and Anwar. while Anwar's soundtrack is still in the top 10 list n the film havnt faired good on the boxoffice.
i was anxiously waiting for the soundtrack to release because of Mithoon.
I heard the song Wo Ajnabee in the promos. first i thought it was Atif Aslam singing again for Mithoon but later found out that it was Mithoon himself. the song is very different from what we have heard from Mithoon. but its very catchy on the first note.right from the start when shilpa rao starts with words ' esa koi mujhko mil gaya hai saathiya, jisse dekh kar main bhoolun saari dunya'
great singing by Shilpa Rao once again after Javeda zindagi from Anwar. Mithoon does a fair job with his debut. the song also appears in a remix which is also brilliant.
the next song 'Beete Lamhey' K.K is a class number.beautiful lyrics and great singing with mindblowing tune by Mithoon. the song appears also in a Lounge version which is much better than the original with very haunting start to it.
one of the ´best songs to come out this year'.
Next is Mausam by Mithoon.this time he does an awesome job with his singing. he's just perfect for this song. it tells about a man who is sad from his life. a great penned number once again by Sayeed Quadri. the club mix of the song is very nice n unique. n the progressiv mix is also awesome. it wont tire you to listen the song in three versions, cuz every version has something speciel to them.
Teri Tamanna by Zubeen Garg n K.K.
a great song, many chances to become a chartbusters when the promos are out. very club type of song which will rock in the clubs. once again lovely lyrics,singing n composition.
there are also 2 remix version to this song. personally i liked the club mix the most. the tabla in the verse sounds really catchy n nice.
a great great great album by Mithoon, who does a full justice to the films music. n another good soundtrack on Emraan hashmi's shoulders.
The best soundtrack of the year with Life...in a Metro.
