Vishal Bharadwaj truly re-invents himself here, from the fast-forward score of Omkara, he truly shows a new side of himself with Nishabd.
ROZANA: wow! this leves me with nishabd, i never new Amitabh Bachchan could sing so proficiently and with so much emotion, he puts people like Sonu Nigam and Kunal Ganjawala to shame. This song experiences various moods, from a barely audible Amitabh at the beginning to a full sufi rendition towards the end. This song is a winner all the way!
TAKE LIGHT: a very good techno-hip hop song with debutante Jiah Khan behind the vocals. Her seductive voice reels you in completely, she can sing very professionaly. A good club number.
Over all the album of Nishabd is truly outstanding, it may only have 2 songs, but it is totally worth it!
