I do not agree with the review written by you. This movie is from a different genre altogether & it sounds different, but melodious, extravagant, royal & enchanting. I agree that the songs are not hummable like the othe movies. But they are a delight to watch & hear. I have heard them several times, but i feel like i am not done yet. There is some enigma or the x factor in the music......Only Rehman could have created such a master piece. This should not be compared to the music of Lagaan or Swades. They belong to a completely different genre altogether.

The music is a tribute to the richness of India in the 1500s
