When you have a super hit prequel album (DHOOM) than definitely your expectations from the sequel (DHOOM – 2) goes very high, because you expect it be a blockbuster music, and that’s where DHOOM - 2 music fails to live up to the expectations, the music is though fine, decent melodies, but people in majority refuse to accept it as a good album, because they were waiting for something DHAMAKA, but its have nothing much in it. Songs like 'Crazy Kiya Re', 'Touch Me', 'Dil Laga Na' and Remix version of 'Crazy Kiya Re' are fine melodies, which goes easy on listening, but 'My Name is Ali' is a very poor melody in the album sung by Sonu Nigam and Bipasha Basu, ‘Dhoom Again’ is the finest work in the whole album sung by Vishal Dadlani and Dominique Cerejo, so according to me its a decent album, listen it as a normal album and do not expect to be a great blockbuster music.
