| It is impossible to imagine anyone but Zeenat playing the beatnik in Nepal who's rescued from ruination by her long-lost brother Dev Anand in the movie Hare Rama Hare Krishna. The role came to Zeenat, who had already been signed by O P Ralhan for ' Hulchul, by default. Nargis' niece Zaheeda (character actor Anwar Husain's daughter), who had played the second lead in Dev Anand's first film as director 'Prem Pujari', turned down the role of Janice.
