Jai Kishen (Aslam Khan) is the owner of Jack Enterprises, one of the biggest Ad agencies in Mumbai. He likes to be called only Jack. His agency is well known for the pretty girls he employs. The only qualification that gets them a job is 'beauty with brains'.

Simran (Nisha Rawal) is Jai's wife and because of his playboy image has filed for divorce and is desperate to win. It would fetch her 50% or may be 100% of his entire wealth.

Raj (Dilip Thandeshwar), a small time thief, is in love with Naina (Tara Sharma). He wants to live a happy married life but at the moment, his life is in dumps. He is behind bars for attempted robbery at Jack's bungalow.

Naina (Tara Sharma) too is in love with Raj and is looking for a job in Jack Enterprises.

Celina (Shruti Seth), working in Jack Enterprise for the past two years as a manager, has quit because she wasn't promoted as a VP. She is irritated with Jack and wants to teach him a lesson.

Pammy (Shraddha Nigam), a hot bimbette works as Jacks secretary, assistant, manager, entertainer, whatever… and she gets promoted to the post of the VP.

Jacky (Gaurav Ghera) who calls himself Jack is a valet parking boy who uses Jacks name and cars to his best advantage to impress girls

The pile on happens because people hate Jack for different reasons….

Jack wants a divorce to save money and Simran wants to earn money. Raj can't stand Jack because he had put him behind bars and then gave a job to his love interest for obvious reasons. Celina had in anticipation of promotion, booked a penthouse, a lavish car and a vacation with her assistant in Las Vegas but Jack promoted his secretary… Story takes a very interesting turn when Jack, Celina, Raj and Simran watch the same show on television in their homes and suddenly get a master plan to kidnap Jack aka Jai Kishan.

Jack, too, makes a master plan to kidnap himself to avoid giving a single penny to his wife. He plans his own kidnap with Pammy who in turn hands it over to her brother Babu Busy who has just returned from Tihar jail after 3 yrs.

Then starts an avalanche of crazy acts…does Jack get kidnapped? Who kidnaps Jack? Is the kidnapping real?
