The movie revolves around Chakra Dhari (Rajpal Yadav) who aspires to become a famous film director. However, he is in dire financial straits and literally indebted to his landlady, Mrs. Mehta (Ketaki Dave). An NRI from Japan. Tiku Sheth (Tiku Talsania), breezes into his life and Chakra Dhari is certain that opportunity is knocking on his door. In fact, when he comes to know that Tiku Sheth is a fervent fan of popular actress Barkha Rani (Upasana Singh), he seeks her help so that he can convince Tiku Sheth to finance his film.

The action shifts to Japan with the entire unit, including Mrs. Mehta’s son, Rocky (Mohsin Khan) who plays the hero of Chakra Dhari’s film. As the shooting proceeds, Bakha Rani’s list of admirers also grows. The cameraman, Babu Bhai (Mushtaq Khan), as also the choreographer, Pawan (Raju Srivastav), are smitten by Barkha Rani. More complications involving Rocky, his lady love (Meghumi) and Banga (Shakti Kapoor), who runs a drug syndicate, arise.
