A doctor (Dinesh Awasthi) falls in love with one of his female patients and they enjoy sex together. Their undergarments get exchanged and their wife and husband respectively suspect extra – marital relationship. The girl’s husband hires a private detective (Razzak Khan) to investigate the affair. Raja Srivastava (Ravi Kissen) comes to Bombay to become a bhai who solves people’s problems for a fee. His clients generally ask Raja to keep track of their spouses. Extra marital affairs are exposed and skeletons come tumbling out of cupboards when Raja sets out to do his job. However, he creates more confusion than already exists. Shakti Kapoor plays a rich beggar who owns a mobile phone.
