The movie revolves around Disha who is married to an older Atul. Due to her unsatisfied sexual life, she begins to have an affair with Prem. They both hatch a plan to kill Atul. However, Ragini (Atul’s sister) walks in their life and Prem begins to have an affair with Ragini as well.

When Prem learns that Atul has willed only 10% of his property to Disha and the rest to Ragini, he dumps Disha for Ragini. Disha decided to takes revenge. She kills Prem and later commits suicide.
