Radha and Gopal are a happy married couple. Their life shattered when Gopal suffers a stroke and is paralysed. Radha devotes her time and life in serving Gopal. In the course of time, Sunder enters Radha’s life. Radha rebuffs Sunder’s advances at first, but finally succumbs. When Gopal learns of his wife’s affair with Sunder, he commits suicide to get out of their way. Radha now feels guilty about her husband’s death and leaves Sunder. The rest of the movie centers on her emotions and how she gets over her guilt to reunite with Sunder.
