The sequences of the downpour and the deluge seem credible enough, lacing danger with fear, as the people of Mumbai try to wade through waist deep water to safety and sanity. Of course, the tragic notes the director strikes were unncessary and somewhat filmy...

If you want to see a real disaster movie with breathtaking sequences and magical graphics on the screen then the choice should be clear after reading this.

Tum Mile is eventually just another love story punctuated with some 26/7 sequences. Watch it only if you are a die hard Emraan Hashmi fan.

Tum Mile's true strength lies in the combined appeal and compelling performances of Emraan and Soha. Awe-inspiring it is not but engaging? By all means.

Tum Mile works mainly due to Kunal Deshmukh's direction, good special effects, fantastic music and great performances by both Emraan and Soha.

The film has been well shot and there are some beautiful shots of South Africa in the film. The flood too is well executed. One just feels that one would have wanted to see a bit more of the disaster and a little less of the constant flashbacks, for it to work and for it to play a stronger role in the dramatic set up.

The story, like all Bhatt films is heavy on romance and the uneasy pain of loving and leaving. Given the backdrop of the deluge, director Kunal Deshmukh makes a valiant attempt of recreating the last moments of TITANIC.

But at its heart, 'Tum Mile' is a touching love saga worth the price of a ticket.

Tum Mile chooses to tone down the devastation. One would have liked the script to absorb more stories about the flood?s effect on regular folks-there were heartbreaking stories of people separated from their loved ones and
