7 of 8 people found this review helpful The climax is a disappointment since the writer should have come up with some other upshot than the one that is depicted in the film.Life Partner has potential to hit the hearts of the people. It's a good entertainer. Go and watch it.

5 of 6 people found this review helpful One can only say that Jaffrey's 'Life Partner' is a very pleasant experience. It manages to fuse the serious and comic elements quite competently and present a slice of life to the public.

4 of 6 people found this review helpful Life Partner can be a good fun filling experience this weekend (if you are not living in Mumbai) and can be watched along with your partner. For those who are still single, it teaches you the repercussions of having one in your life. So, be prepared!

5 of 6 people found this review helpful The production values are tacky and music is nothing to hum about. Even the climax is predictable. Yet Life Partner, is something you can watch with your family. It's far from smart, but trust me a lot of people out there are going to find it too damn funny.

5 of 6 people found this review helpful The humour of the film is not of slapstick variety but too mundane and manipulative. You can foresee each gag before it's actually played onscreen. Rumi Jaffrey teams with his life partner in crime Yunus Sajawal to fabricate a screenplay that is corny and contrived.

2 of 4 people found this review helpful Director Rumi Jaffrey fails to give a definite premise to the film. What starts off as a rom-com turns into a family drama before the plot takes a whacky turn at the fag end. Even the performances by the actors are mostly over the top. Perhaps it was the director who wanted the actors to exaggerate their expressions.
