The climax is definitely disappointing and should have been well treated by the director-writer. Dialogues could have been better and more consistent in terms of quality.

3 of 5 people found this review helpful Although one part of the movie's suspense (Tanushree's scheming nature) is revealed much early in the film, 'Raqeeb' still makes you sit on the edge of your seat with its unexpected twists. The culmination to the Jimmy Shergill track looks a bit abrupt, but it makes sense in the overall scheme of things.

Rahul Khanna slips easily into the role of a smart businessman. Jimmy Shergill is earnest too. The surprise packet of the film is Tanushree Dutta who gives a refined performance.
